Keeping on the tradition served by the world renowned Mount Falcon Fishing and Country Estate, the dishes are offered on menus boasting the very best in quality and prepared using only fresh and local produce. Originally run by the legendary Connie Aldridge, founder of the Blue Book, the Kitchen at Mount Falcon will provide a full feast of the senses for you to enjoy on your stay. The Kitchen Restaurant at Mount Falcon has a 2 AA Rosette, this prestigious award is merited on the basis of food excellence alone and is a testament to the preparation and commitment of the kitchen and restaurant team. The Boathole Bar The welcoming "Boathole Bar" is located in one of the original "entertaining rooms" of the manor house. Many tall tales about successful angling achievements on the river were no doubt exchanged among guests and locals in this room over the years. With both food and beverage service, it offers a perfect haven to enjoy a quiet drink by the log fire and mull over the days accomplishments. |
The Golf The North West of Ireland is a must for discerning golfers: Tiger Woods, Mark O'Meara and Nick Faldo have been regular visitors to Mount Falcon over the years using it as a base for golf and, on occasion, fly fishing for Wild Atlantic Salmon.
