Founded in 1888, Littlestone Golf Club is a classic links course and deserving of hidden gem status considering its proximity to other famous links in the area.
Despite having a range of sand dunes, the course plays fairly flat but the challenge comes from the fast and firm nature of the course, requiring well-struck iron shots to hold the greens.
There is little in the way of quirkiness at Littlestone; everything is clearly in view from the tees, including plenty of bunkers ready to collect your drive.
