Diamante's Dunes Course is widely regarded as the best golf course in Mexico — a Davis Love III design set on the Pacific coast north of Cabo San Lucas that combines authentic linksland terrain with three miles of unspoilt oceanfront. Love routed the course through massive natural dune ridges (some 100 feet tall), with wide, tumbling fairways, blowout bunkers, and vast, subtly contoured greens that echo the great sandbelt courses of Australia and the modern Coore & Crenshaw sand-based classics. Private to Diamante Cabo San Lucas members and residents, it consistently ranks in the world's top 50.

Cabo del Sol — Cove Club (formerly the Ocean Course) is one of the great Sea of Cortez golf experiences — a Jack Nicklaus signature design that opened in 1994 and was extensively renovated in 2023 as part of the Cove Club rebranding, adding new tees, expanded green complexes, and a fresh clubhouse. Seven holes hug the sea, and the closing stretch — the trio of 15, 16, and 17 — is one of the most spectacular finishes in world golf, tumbling down to the Pacific with waves crashing yards from the fairway. Nicklaus himself has described it as "one of the three best finishing holes in golf."

Quivira Golf Club is Jack Nicklaus's most dramatic modern design — perched on the Pacific cliffs at the very tip of the Baja Peninsula, with more oceanfront holes than any other course in Mexico. The layout climbs cliffside ridges nearly 100 metres above the ocean and drops back to sea-level tees, with the par-3 5th (played from a clifftop tee 300 feet above the ocean to a green cut into the cliff face) among the most photographed holes in world golf. Reserved for Pueblo Bonito Resort guests and members, Quivira delivers a genuinely once-in-a-lifetime golf experience.

El Cardonal at Diamante is Tiger Woods' first-ever solo golf course design — opened in 2014 on the northern edge of the Diamante Cabo San Lucas estate. Tiger routed the course through desert terrain with wide, generous fairways, tumbling greens, and multiple playable options on every hole; his stated goal was to design a course that "the average golfer could enjoy but that would still challenge the very best." Views of the Sierra de la Laguna mountains and the Pacific frame the course, and it now anchors the resort's three-course, 63-hole golf offering alongside the Dunes and the private par-3 Oasis short course.

Solmar Golf Links is the newest championship course in Los Cabos — a Greg Norman design that opened in 2024 on the Pacific side of the peninsula, at the Solmar Resort. Norman used the natural desert terrain and the elevation changes between the ridge and the coast to create a genuine links-style layout: wide, firm fescue fairways, deep pot bunkers, and greens that receive the running approach. Its clifftop closing stretch delivers panoramic Pacific views and gives the resort a genuine championship credential.
