Frequently Asked Questions
How far in advance should I book a golf trip?
For popular destinations like Scotland (especially St Andrews) and Ireland, we recommend booking 9–12 months in advance, particularly for summer travel. Less peak destinations can sometimes be arranged in 3–6 months. Contact us and we'll advise on availability for your preferred dates.
Do you handle flights as well as on-the-ground arrangements?
We specialize in on-the-ground arrangements — tee times, accommodations, transfers, and logistics. For flights, we can recommend travel agents or work alongside your existing flight bookings to ensure seamless connections.
Can you organize trips for large groups or corporate events?
Absolutely. Group travel is one of our specialties. We've organized corporate retreats, charity golf events, club trips, and large group tours for 20+ players. The more complex the logistics, the more value we add.
What is included in a typical golf tour package?
Every itinerary is custom-built, but typically includes: hotel accommodations, tee times at pre-selected courses, private transfers between venues, and on-call support throughout your trip. Meals, flights, and caddies can be arranged on request.
Do I need travel insurance?
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for all international golf trips, including trip cancellation, medical, and equipment coverage. We can connect you with reputable providers.
What if I want to play specific courses that aren't in a standard itinerary?
That's exactly what we do. Tell us the courses you've always dreamed of playing and we'll build the entire itinerary around them — handling access, tee time allocation, and everything in between.
How do deposits and payments work?
We typically require a deposit to secure bookings, with the balance due closer to departure. Full details are outlined in our Terms & Conditions and will be provided with your personalized quote.
Are caddies included?
Caddie availability varies by course and destination. For destinations like St Andrews, Royal Portrush, and Cabot, caddies are highly recommended and we can arrange them in advance. We'll advise on a course-by-course basis.
